At LOOPEMO®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to shop with confidence.

All LOOPEMO® products include a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functional issues that are not caused by misuse.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or modifications and repairs not authorized by LOOPEMO®.

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number together with a clear description of the issue. Including photos or videos of the product will help us assess your request more quickly.

Our team will carefully review your claim and, if approved, will provide a replacement or an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
